Part of what makes this experience memorable is the contrast between the resort itself and the atmosphere inside the spa. Guests first arrive through the plantation-style setting of the hotel, where tropical gardens, open spaces and the relaxed coastal atmosphere of Bel Ombre already begin to slow the pace down naturally. Then, almost unexpectedly, the mood changes again as you step into the Moroccan-inspired world of Navasana Spa.

There is no rush here. The sound of water quietly follows you between the different wellness spaces while the hammam, sauna and cold plunge pool gradually prepare the body to fully disconnect from built-up fatigue and tension.

Your experience combines a revitalising full body scrub with a 90-minute massage performed by experienced therapists using slow and comforting techniques adapted to your body’s needs. Muscles gradually soften, breathing slows down and the body begins to feel noticeably lighter as the treatment progresses.

• Reservation is required at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
• Shower is mandatory before any spa experience.
• Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may result in the duration being reduced.
• Spa treatments are accessible to guests aged 13 years old and above.
• Swimsuits are compulsory for the use of spa facilities such as the hammam and steam room.
• Access to spa facilities is restricted to guests aged 16 years old and above.
• Pregnant women and guests with medical conditions are advised to seek medical advice before booking.
• The Spa reserves the right to refuse service if medical conditions are present or if a guest is intoxicated.
