About Coin de Mire

Located off the north coast of Mauritius, Coin de Mire (aka Gunner’s Quoin) is unmissable due to its majestic triangular rock rising in the shape of a ship's sail. This small island is actually a nature reserve where you cannot disembark, but you can come close to it through mini-cruises. At the foot of its cliffs, where the iconic tropicbirds nest, you can snorkel on a shallow and rather unspoiled coral reef and discover the great diversity of fish.

• Maximum number of participants: 10 pax
• Activity is still carried out under rain unless safety is compromised.
• You are requested to arrive at least 15 mins prior to activity time.
• For proposal bookings, please inform us in advance so it can be clearly stated on your voucher. The booking client is required to liaise with the supplier before the tour regarding the timing of the surprise bouquet.

Transport is available for an extra fee, with pick-up and drop-off from any accommodation in Mauritius.

How is the Transportation Fare calculated?

For transportation not included as part of the tour, the fare is calculated based on the set activity duration, the distance between your accommodation and the activity location (round trip).

Transport Payment

The payment for transportation is divided into two parts:

"Deposit": Payable at the time of booking, alongside your activity reservation. This deposit covers a portion of the total transportation fare.

"Amount Due to Driver": The remaining balance is payable in cash directly to the driver on the day of the activity. This final amount is calculated by subtracting the deposit from the total transportation cost.
