About Sebastien Malin

Sebastien Malin was born in a family where cooking was a daily activity. During his childhood, he was passionate about cooking and liked to share the taste of good things around him. Growing up in the eastern region of Mauritius, he started his career at the Hotel Le Touessrok.

After obtaining his diploma from Sir Gaëtan Duval's Hotel School, he went on a cruise ship, then travelled around Mauritius to learn from other great chefs such as Sébastien Bras, Barnabé Jone and Juniors Dickerson. In 2010, with his know-how for support, he started to work as a home chef in Mauritius.

Full Day In-Home Chef (Sebastien Malin) - Menu

During the full day culinary experience, you will enjoy delicious and elegant dishes to satisfy your taste buds from morning to evening. One dish from each category will be prepared.

• Maximum number of pax: 8
• Above 8 participants, a commis will be required; the same can be booked at an additional cost.
• Any special events or menu requiring more preparations will need Commis' support.
• Bookings to be made as in advance as possible.
• Menus can be modified and arranged to the customer's preference.
• Allergies and food restrictions are taken into consideration.
• Transportation is available at a compulsory additional cost and should be settled directly with Chef Sebastien; the fee may vary depending on the region.
• Prices include Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service.
• Beverages are not included in this package.
• Note: Any booking made through the website needs to be respected; any changes or additional persons will have to be communicated prior to booking dates.
• The Chef at Home service includes Mise-en-place, Preparation, Cooking, and Service.

• The chef will source and shop the freshest ingredients based on your preferences.
• The cost of ingredients is payable by the customer and will be itemized separately.
