• Starter: Fresh papaya salad with crunchy vegetables, slightly spicy sweet and sour mango dressing
• Main course: Mauritian chicken curry with green peas, steam rice, black lentils, cucumber & carrot salad
• Dessert: Caramelised banana bread pudding with vanilla ice-cream & crumble
• Drinks: Water & filtered Coffee

Menu B

• Starter: Duo of fresh heart of palm and green papaya, marinated shrimp, mango vinaigrette
• Main Course: Catch of day accompanied with potato chutney, sauteed vegetables and a coffee-infused butter OR Chamarel coffee-rubbed beef fillet served with potato chutney, grilled vegetables and peppercorn sauce
• Dessert: Caramelised banana bread pudding with vanilla ice-cream & crumble

Vegetarian Menu

• Starter: Chamarel Green Garden papaya salad
• Main course: Veg curry, steamed rice & lentils
• Dessert: Caramelised Banana with crumble and a dollop of vanilla ice cream
