• This tour is offered on a private basis for a maximum of 4 or 6 participants.
• Helicopter flights and itinerary are subject to weather conditions and pilot discretion.
• The weather forecast to determine the feasibility of the flight will be done on the day itself by the pilot.
• Passengers should hold a valid Boarding Pass and proof of ID prior to boarding the helicopter.
• Infant below two (2) years fly free of charge.
• Children below twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Smoking, food and beverages are prohibited during the helicopter flights.
• Passengers are required to be present at the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Check in must be completed at least 45 minutes before departure; latecomers may have to bear a 100% cancellation fee if they arrive more than 15 minutes after take-off time.
• All helicopters are subject to passengers limitations.
• Kindly communicate any information requiring special care: baby, person with reduced mobility, disability, pregnant woman etc.

Important Details to Submit

In order to process any helicopter booking, client MUST provide the following details:

• Name of each participant as per the passports and the gender
• Nationality
• Passport number
• Date of birth of each participant
• Weight of each participant*
• In case of any children or baby, please specify same with the above details

*The exact weight of each participant must be communicated at the time of booking. Any difference in weight on the day of the activity will result in cancellation, and no refund will be made.

Transport is available for an extra fee, with pick-up and drop-off from any accommodation in Mauritius.

How is the Transportation Fare calculated?

For transportation not included as part of the tour, the fare is calculated based on the set activity duration, the distance between your accommodation and the activity location (round trip).

Transport Payment

The payment for transportation is divided into two parts:

"Deposit": Payable at the time of booking, alongside your activity reservation. This deposit covers a portion of the total transportation fare.

"Amount Due to Driver": The remaining balance is payable in cash directly to the driver on the day of the activity. This final amount is calculated by subtracting the deposit from the total transportation cost.
