You will feel your body loosen up with every massage stroke and manipulation of each pressure point with acupressure. As part of the Traditional Balinese Spa Package, you also get to enjoy a 30 minutes Traditional Foot Reflexology!

As for the 30 mins Traditional Foot Reflexology, it involves the use of special herbal oils from Bali to apply pressure on the feet. The reflexology expert therapist will assess the feet and stimulate various points to identify areas of tenderness or tension. Then, brisk movements will be used to warm the feet up, after which gentle pressure is applied from the toes to the heel.

This method helps to improve blood circulation and relieves a range of problems including tension, migraines, nausea and congestion through targeting specific acupoints.
