About Ferney Conservation Park

As one of the last 2% of the island’s native forests, this 200-hectare park is more than just a pretty sight—it's a sanctuary for some of the rarest plants and birds in Mauritius.

Among its star residents is the famous Mauritian Kestrel, a bird once on the brink of extinction that now soars freely above the treetops. Whether you’re a nature lover or just curious, Ferney’s wild beauty and fascinating wildlife are bound to leave you in awe!

Visit of Vallée de Ferney - Optional Lunch Package

As part of this package, you can enjoy an optional lunch at Ferney Falaise Rouge as a supplement.

Note: The Falaise Rouge restaurant is located further away from La Vallée de Ferney, so clients are advised to make their transport arrangements to get to the restaurant.

• Please note that to secure your spot, booking is recommended, preferably 2 weeks prior
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back issues
• Suitable for children, but they must remain under parental supervision at all times
• Smoking is prohibited during the walk inside the nature park
• Anyone caught littering at La Vallée de Ferney will be fined
• Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes before activity time
• Optimal activity period: April to June
• Guide is trained as a first aider
• No shaded or sheltered resting areas available
• Restrooms are located at the welcome center, free of charge
