Nothing better than leaving all your worries behind and spending time to focus on what matters most, as Jason Mahadea will take care of everything in your kitchen.

Organising a dinner for many people may seem quite complex, but the chef will handle everything, whether it is a friendly gathering, a business event or just a weekend dinner with the family. Chef Jason is a very experienced chef who has worked in various luxury outlets in Mauritius and abroad.

Your private chef will arrive with all the ingredients needed to prepare your elegant 3 course meal. Indulge in a selection of the finest dishes, masterfully prepared by the chef: grilled vegetable salad with Genevoso pesto and parmigiano reggiano shavings to start the dinner and pan-fried ribeye steak as the main course. End the dinner on a sweet note with a Tonka bean crème brûlée and vanilla ice cream.

You can even choose to pair your meal with 2 or 3 of Audacity Wines' finest wines. You can accompany your meal with wines from the best vineyards in the most renowned wine regions. Their experienced team will serve and present the wines at your table.

Chef Jason Mahadea is a very experienced Chef who has worked with Beachcomber Mauritius, Meridien Beach Plaza Monte Carlo, Métropole Palace Restaurant Joël Robuchon (2 Michelin stars), Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodges and La Rhumerie de Chamarel.

Audacity Wines in Mauritius is your Australian Wines and Spirits Specialists.

Audacity Wines is the culmination of extensive travel and wine tasting experiences of Allan and Evelyn Burns. Now residing in Mauritius, Allan and Evelyn lived in Australia for 12 years, where they developed a passion for quality Australian wines and spirits.

Their wines are sourced from family owned vineyards in the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills, Margaret River, Great Southern, Geographe, Tasmania, Grampians and Yarra Valley wine regions. Vineyards were chosen for the outstanding quality of their wines as well as their approach to sustainability, organic practices, biodiversity and innovation.

During the culinary experience you will enjoy delicious and elegant dishes to satisfy your taste buds.

• Minimum number of participants: 6
• Maximum number of participants: 10
• Your preferred date and time for the package will be required at the time of booking. Once the date and time has been confirmed, you will be contacted.
• The menu is subject to change without prior notice.
• Any allergies or diet must be communicated prior to confirmation of booking.
• If you would like a pre-dinner cocktail or additional wines, these can be added to the package for an extra charge.

Transport is available for an extra fee, with pick-up and drop-off from any accommodation in Mauritius.

How is the Transportation Fare calculated?

For transportation not included as part of the tour, the fare is calculated based on the set activity duration, the distance between your accommodation and the activity location (round trip).

Transport Payment

The payment for transportation is divided into two parts:

"Deposit": Payable at the time of booking, alongside your activity reservation. This deposit covers a portion of the total transportation fare.

"Amount Due to Driver": The remaining balance is payable in cash directly to the driver on the day of the activity. This final amount is calculated by subtracting the deposit from the total transportation cost.
